Islamic extremists in Jakarta, Indonesia, are not pleased with Lady Gaga and have announced that they will gladly die to avert her from executing in their city.
Members of the FPI, or Islamic Defenders Front, have proclaimed the superstar to be the “devil’s messenger,” citing that she wears small far more than her “bra and knickers” on stage. The group claims that the singer’s influence will corrupt the nation’s youth and pulled the plug on the display.

FPI member Habib Alatas has welcomed to the star to complete, but warned the public to prepare for consequences.
“We are ready to be thrown to jail and be killed,” Alatas stated solemnly. “We will do something to quit it.”

Police chiefs declined to give the “Born This Way” singer a licence to perform
in capital Jakarta on June 3 right after Islamic challenging-liners vowed to bar the “erotic”
singer from the country more than fears she could corrupt the youth.
The Islamic Defenders Front has staged protests over the 26-year-old’s raunchy
type. It had pledged to intercept her at the airport if she attempted to enter

Lady Gaga will have to cancel a June 3rd display in Jakarta, Indonesia following she was denied a permit due to protests from religious and political leaders, the Related Press reports.
Islamic challenging-liners and leaders along with conservative politicians spoke vehemently against the suggestiveness of Gaga’s performance – from her clothing to her dance moves – fearing that it may sully the moral material of the country and corrupt the nation’s youth.
The criticisms were also coupled with threats of physical force to keep Gaga from even stepping off the plane, leaving police worried that they would be unable to guarantee protection, according to nationwide police spokesman Boy Rafli Amar. The police then advised that the permit for Gaga’s Born This Way Ball display be denied.
In Jakarta it is typical for concert permits to be issued effectively right after tickets have gone on sale, as was the situation for Gaga’s display. The sold-out concert at the 52,000-seat Gelora Bung Karno stadium was to be the biggest on Gaga’s Asian tour. With regional promoter Michael Rusli unavailable for comment, it is uncertain whether or not followers will be refunded.
