Uh oh. Just days after Katy Perry jetted off to Asia, leaving soon-to-be-ex husband Russell Brand behind in Los Angeles, the drama is back in full force. Sources told Us Weekly that Perry is petrified that Brand will air all of the couple’s dirty laundry in his upcoming third book.

The mag claims that several sources claimed Brand blindsided Perry with his Dec. 30 divorce filing. His plans on spilling the details of their relationship and subsequent split in his next memoir have added insult to injury, and Perry is not taking it lightly. ”Katy is insulted and feels betrayed that Russell has treated her so poorly,” a Perry pal told the mag. “She will never forgive him. Ever.”

In fairness to Brand, Perry has been keeping a diary throughout her divorce to serve as inspiration for her songs later, so he may have felt he could do the same for his tome. Up to this point, we had heard that the former couple got along reasonably well given their circumstances, so we hope that Brand doesn’t outright libel his former love (or vice versa).

For her part, Perry has remained mum on the split, saying only, “Concerning the gossip, I want to be clear that NO ONE speaks for me. Not a blog, magazine, “close sources” or my family.” Brand hasn’t spoken about it directly, but did tell reporters he was doing “quite well” in light of “recent events.”

The 60′s glam rock band – formed by Lou Reed - has filed a lawsuit against the Andy Warhol Foundation after it allowed the image to be used on a series of cases, sleeves and bags.

The court papers say the banana design is synonymous with their The Velvet Underground And Nico album – even though it was never officially copyrighted.

The Warhol Foundation has so far declined to comment.
