Following her red-hot return last evening, Beyoncé stepped out yet again on Tuesday evening to attend Jay-Z’s 2nd Carnegie Hall display in New York City. Flaunting her curvy post-baby physique, the gorgeous singer turned the parking garage into a catwalk as she strutted to her awaiting automobile.

The new mom shimmered in a Monique Lhuillier dress with Gucci heels, a Chanel purse, and blue nails and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry in honor of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter, who just turned one month previous.
